Butt Scooting Baby!

WOOOOOOHHOOOOOOO! Lucy is 9 Months and 3 days old! She is MOBILE! She can get where she needs to be all by herself! No, she doesn't crawl, she scoots, on her BUTT! She uses her legs to pull herself forward, one leg pulls, the she does the other leg. I have tried to take pictures of this very long awaited accomplishment, but it just looks she is sitting there. She refuses to get on her belly and crawl, although, she occasionally will get on her belly and knees to reach for toys and then can get back to sitting. I'm sure the true concept of crawling won't be to far away now that she knows what being mobile is all about. Lucy already pulls up in the bed and is trying to do that from the sitting position, so we are definitely moving along!
