What being 1 means!

OK, Lucy has been "1" for 9 days know. In the past 9 days she has learned several new things.

1- What a doorbell is, and how to ring it!
2- How to walk, stop walking, turn and keep going without falling!
3- How to climb on the couch!
4- How to climb back off the couch!
5- How to eat "Pickle Chips"!
6- How to bite if you don't let her climb the stairs!
7- How to A) knock the baby gate down B) Attempt to climb over the baby gate if it won't budge!
8- How to further rule 2 adults, 2 kids, 3 dogs, and 3 cats!

That is just to name a few things she has learned in JUST THE PAST 9 DAYS!!

So just in short, Lucy's walking just today, has gone from good to almost great (especially for snacks or food). She is the only person who can take a bone from Angel (the poodle) and not get growled at or snapped at. Lucy has always owned Gabby and Kam's heart, know she owns it and rules it, she can point or babble and her brother and sissy jump up and can tell you pretty quickly what she needs and wants. Lucy also has all the neighbors pretty wrapped around her finger too. The 80 year old man in the very front of our street, where the kids wait for the bus, "VACUUMS" his front lawn, just about everyday, so Lucy won't be tempted to put Acorns in her mouth! The Other neighbors have to talk to us every time they see us outside also.

Lucy is one tough little girl, I'm sure she is giving her "Guardian Angel - Brother" one good laugh up there! I'm sure with as much as Lucy gets into, and as much as Gab and Kam get into, they must have several, several Guardian Angels!!
